You can now accept online payments from your clients

ARI has partnered up with Stripe to offer you a fully-integrated credit and debit card processing solution within the ARI platform, allowing you to charge customers online while avoiding reconciliation problems.

Getting started with ARI Payments is easy and only takes a few minutes of your time. Once you’re done, your customers will be able to pay their invoices online, saving you time and allowing them to pay from the comfort of their home or office.

Setting up Payments in ARI

– Make sure you’re using the latest ARI app V7.0 (download for Android or iOS)
Login -> ARI Settings -> Payment Collection Setup

 

 

 

 

– Read the entire page and make sure you get yourself familiar with the Stripe and ARI policies and rates.

 

 

 

 

– Once you’re ready, click the Connect with Stripe button on the top of the screen.
– Follow the instructions to create and connect your free Stripe account.
Stripe is one of the best online payment processors in the world. We are very proud to be partnering up with Stripe to offer you and your clients the best level of protection.
– Once connected successfully, log out of ARI and then log back in for changes to take effect.

 

 

 

A Simple Way for Clients to Pay Invoices Online

With ARI & Stripe connected, you can now send your customers a digital invoice, and they can pay from anywhere using their phone, tablet, or computer.
– Create a new invoice/JobCard or open and existing one.
– go to preview Invoice and click the link icon

 

 

 

 

Copy the digital invoice link and send it to your client via email, SMS, or other sharing options offered by ARI

 

 

 

What Clients See

Once you connect to Stripe successfully, your clients will see a Pay Now button on their digital invoices.

When clicking the PayNow button, clients will be redirected to a secure payment form supported and managed by Stripe.

 

 

 

How to check your payments?

You will receive an automatic email from ARI and a push notification on your mobile device every time a new invoice is paid online.
You have  2 ways to check the payment:

Option1.  ARI app
navigate to Invoices list and Pull to Refresh the data on your invoices.
Invoice -> More -> Customer Payment

 

 

 

Option2.  Stripe Dashboard 
You can access your Stripe Dashboard here 
From this dashboard, you will have complete access to all transactions to your account.

 

 

 

 

Refunds are managed by you from Stripe dashboard. ARI is in no way responsible for refunding your clients. Also, Stripe and ARI’s rates are non-refundable.
