Are there any setup fees to get started?

No! You don’t have to pay any installation or setup fees. You simply start with a free trial and then pay a flat rate if you decide to subscribe to our plumbing software.

Can I use this on my desktop or laptop?

Yes. You can access the Web version from any laptop or desktop PC connected to the Internet.  For the best experience, we strongly recommend using the mobile app as it offers mobility on the field. As for the web app, you can use it when checking dashboards and reports!

Can I use it on my Windows PC?

In a way – Yes. You can access the web version on your Windows PC  We are currently working on a standalone Windows PC software which you can install and run as a Windows app. Stay tuned!

How many devices can I use?

You can use as many devices as you’d like. We don’t have any restrictions on how many users or devices access your P{IM  account.

Can I change my plan?

You can change your plumbing software plan any time from your app store setting or using our customer support options. No additional fee is needed!

What are the credits for?

Credits allow you to use the Marketing integration. With this feature, you can send marketing emails to your client list straight from the app itself. This is a powerful feature but comes at a cost. That’s what credits are for!

Do I need to subscribe to try it out?

No, you don’t have to pay anything for the trial period of PIM – Plumbing Invoices & Management.  All you have to do is create a free account so you can access the platform.

Are there any limitations for users?

Not really. You can add as many users as you’d like as long as you’re using a Pro version of the app. Users will have their own username and passcodes and you can set up various access roles for each and every one of them! Check our terms and conditions for more info
