Renewals and Cancellations

You can upgrade, downgrade, or cancel your subscription at any time. If you purchased your subscription from the app store, then you can change it yourself from your subscription settings. If you purchased it via PayPal, contact support to assist you with your plan changes!

Other Ways to Purchase

You can subscribe via Google Play (Android) or Apple Store (iOS) from within the app itself, by going to ARI Settings/Subscriptions.
This is the recommended way of purchasing an ARI subscription as it gives you full control over the changes!

Free Trial Terms

The free trial gives you access to all features of the app, but you can create only a limited number of invoices. Once that limit is reached, the app will ask you to subscribe to a paid version.
This gives you plenty of time to properly assess our product and commit to a purchase only when you’re convinced this is a good fit.

Frequently Asked Questions

Are there any setup fees to get started?

No! You don’t have to pay any installation or setup fees. You simply start with a free trial and then pay a flat rate if you decide to subscribe.

Can I use this on my desktop or laptop?

Yes. You can access our Web version here  from any laptop or desktop PC connected to the Internet. However, our web version is still in Beta. For the best experience, we strongly recommend using the mobile app.

How many devices can I use?

You can use as many devices as you’d like. We don’t have any restrictions on how many users or devices access your ARI account.

Can I change my plan?

You can do that at any time from your app store setting or using our customer support options. No additional payment is required!

What are credits for?

Credits allow you to use the Advance Diagnose feature of the app via the CarMD integration. Each request to this vendor will require some credits. No worries, all plans come with free credits included.

Do I need to subscribe to try it out?

No, you don’t have to pay anything for the trial period. All you have to do is create a free account so you can access the platform.
